Abstract EN

This investigation deals with an important issue that tackles the jurisprudential purposes doctrine.

It clarifies the issues of a fresh topic which is the multiplicity of partial purposes of the single Islamic ruling, as it reveals the concept of multiplicity, its types, and jurisprudential purposes.

The study also supports its hypothesis with practical jurisprudential examples.

The researcher came to the result that the multiplicity of purposes has three aspects: permissibility and non-permissibility, the trueness of the partial purpose and its nature, and the extent to which it leads to a single comprehensive purpose, or many different purposes.

The researcher has concluded that the multiplicity of partial purposes of the single Islamic ruling has various purposes, the most important of which is speeding up the acceptance of the ruling and its application, authorizing the ruling with its stronger purpose, strengthening and confirming it, revealing the jurisprudential completion and its beneficial perfection, in addition to other matters that the investigation has proved.
