Abstract EN

This study seeks to compile the opinions of Islamic Jurists and the views of the founders of the major four schools of Islamic Jurisprudence about Islamic ruling on Sacrifices (Adahi) and its link to the reality of the charitable organizations.

This research gathers all important Jurisprudence Issues (Masael) that affect the individuals and charitable organizations along with their evidences from their resources while favoring between the different opinions as much as possible.

Moreover, some contemporary jurisprudence issues were derived based on matching issues in the Jurisprudence resources.

The communication between charitable organizations and Islamic scholars is an important necessity to assure the compliance of the charitable organizations’ managerial system with Sharia.

Mastering the art of management is an important necessity, but it shouldn’t operate away from the rulings of Islamic Sharia, especially the interactions of the charitable organizations since it’s directly linked to the individual’s obligations/ responsibilities, and the individual’s rights.

Hence, lightening our paths with the advice and opinions of the scholars is an Islamic ruling is obligatory for those in charge of the charitable organizations.
