Abstract EN

I reviewed through this study the uniqueness of Ibn Hazm in the divorce chapter, This study aimed to define Ibn Hazm as Imam of the virtual doctrine Imams, And the definition of the virtual doctrine and how it originated, And show the efforts of Ibn Hazm in reviving the virtual doctrine and renewing it, As well as clarifying the curriculum of Ibn Hazm fundamentalist, It concludes with the mention of Ibn Hazm's uniqueness in the divorce chapter.

The study included an introduction, preface and two sections, each of them includes several demands and then the conclusion.

The introduction was on the importance of the topic and the reasons for its choice, objectives, methodology and research plan, then defined it in the preface to the Ibn Hazm El-Zahery by presenting his brief translation, then talked in the first topic about the origins of the virtual doctrine, and the efforts of Ibn Hazm in his revival and renewal, and it concluded in the curriculum of Ibn Hazm Fundamentalist, Then in the second section I mentioned the uniqueness of Ibn Hazm in the divorce chapter, Which I outlined in six individualities, and showed and explained it with evidence through Ibn Hazm books, Jurisprudence books and other origins, especially comparative jurisprudence.

Finally the conclusion addressed the most important findings of the research and related to its divisions illustrated by the research plan.
