Abstract EN

This research studies the principle of justice and equality in the Political Islamic Jurisprudence of Ibn Achour through his published works, a study in the Political Islamic Jurisprudence.

The research is divided into two sections, and a conclusion.

The first section explores the concept of justice and equality in Political Islamic Jurisprudence and the evidence of its compliance with the Sharia based on Islamic Resources.

In the second section the value of justice and equality in the Islamic Political Jurisprudence of Ibn Achour (may Allah have compassion on him) was highlighted.

Moreover, the study shed light on the special jurisprudence rulings (Masael) regarding justice and equality mentioned by Ibn Achour.

It also compared Ibn Achour’s opinions and judgements along with opinions and judgements of other Islamic Political scholars if existed.

In the conclusion the researcher compiled the most important results and recommendations he has reached through the research.
