Abstract EN

The research focused mainly on the issue of earning the right in Islamic jurisprudence and the United Arab Emirates law.

It started with an introduction, was divided into two sections, and was concluded with the most important results.

The research’s main problem is the meaning of earning a right and its rules in Islamic jurisprudence as opposed to that with United Arab Emirates Law.

The study concluded that it is not permissible to collect the debt without the interference of the Law.
