Abstract EN

This research talks about, the religious and moral crimes that deserve capital punishment in the Old Testament and compares them with what was stated in the Quran and Sunnah, by explaining the aspects of agreement and disagreement between them, and pointing out the justice of Islam in judging these crimes.

The study concluded that the penalty of the perpetrator of these crimes in the Old Testament is execution only and that there is no room for a pardon, blood money or repentance; while Islam gives the committer the chance to be pardoned, to pay blood money or repent
