Abstract EN

Fraud (Tadlees) is two types: the fraud of Isnad and the fraud of Sheikhs.

The fraud of Isnad is related to the fraud of At-Taswia (equality), the fraud of Al-Atf (interlace), the fraud of Al-Qati’ (Cutting), the fraud of As-Sukout (silence), and the fraud of As-Syagh (formulation).

This research defines the fraud of As-Syagh, explains Islamic ruling on it, and gathers the narrators who have been described accused of it, as this subject has not been studied independently.

The importance of this research lies in its clarification of the ruling on this type of fraud, because the fraudster of As-Syagh is one who has declared hearing, including authorization and direction, and these are two correct ways of bearing the narration.

Therefore, the student of hadith must not hurry in rejecting hadiths narrated by those who are described as fraudulent before verification.

The researcher adopted the analytical and inductive method of the books that were written on fraud and the books that talk about fraudsters.

In this research, the researcher collected twenty- seven narrations which were described as fraudulent and whose fraud is not harmful.
