The desired balance between the freedom of a journalist to publish the news and information he obtains, and the rights and freedom of others requires the recognition of the right of others to receive the clarification of what was published and has a relation with it.
The algerian an legislator has given to every person, to whom the bress publishes false or incorrect information, the right of rehly and correction either by denying the information or by correcting it.
Thus, he can avoid effectively and quickly the brejudice according to the terms and conditions set in the organic law n° 12-05 regarding the media.
