Abstract EN

In this study, the researcher tries to demonstrate the company’s responsibility towards «bona fide» others for the actions of its representatives.

This is due to the proliferation of companies that have emerged as a result of economic development and the need for huge capital, which helps in achieving major economic projects.

The researcher has adopted the inductive and deductive approaches by exploring and analyzing the legal texts and the books of law and Islamic jurisprudence that dealt with this subject.

This is added to using the comparative approach to compare what is stated in the law of the United Arab Emirates with Islamic Sharia.The research covered the company’s responsibility for the actions issued by its representatives, the responsibility of the members of the company’s board of directors, and the personal liability of the company representative for his mistakes.
