Abstract EN

This study aims to expose the motives of writing in the theories of jurisprudence, and to show the areas of writing in them, as well as the methodology of writing, through extrapolation of some of what was written.

It also explains the impact of those motives in the different definitions of contemporaries of jurisprudence theory, the areas of writing, and the writing methodology.

The researcher concluded that the theories of jurisprudence have motives that contributed to the definition of the concept of jurisprudence theory, its areas, and its writing methodology.

To these results is added a further clarification of the disagreement among some contemporaries in defining the concept of the term jurisprudence theory.
