Abstract EN

This study included the identification of diseased cows with mastitis from the healthy cows by testing 200 samples of milk taken from cows in different regions of Sacred Karbalaa province depending on California test and the activity of the enzyme NAGase , the results showed that 122 samples were free of the disease while the number of samples of the diseased cows were 78.

this study was also included the isolation of the bacteria causing mastitis and diagnosing it with the conventional and molecular methods , 10 isolates were obtained of bacteria S.

aureus , 5 isolates of CoNS , 8 isolates of bacteria E.coli and one isolate of bacteria Strep.
