The administrative contract shall entail mutual obligations on both parties (the contractor and the administration), and the administration shall have the right to terminate the contract with the other party, at its sole discretion in the event that the other party commits any serious act that results in the departure of the administrative contract from the purpose for which it was found, which is to achieve the public interest.

The termination of the administrative contract by the administration may also result in damage to the contractor with the administration, which makes the administration obliged to indemnify the injured person when the contract is dissolved by its own will.

This research shows the right of the administration to dissolve the administrative contract of its own volition, and the right of the contractor with the administration in return for compensation and compensation.

The importance of the research is that it is one of the few researches that consider the termination of the administrative contract by the administration of its own will.

At the end of the research, we reached some conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is the need to include in the Federal Civil Transactions Law a legal article stipulating the right of the contractor with the administration to compensate for the loss of benefit resulting from the dissolution of the contract by the administration of its own volition.
