Abstract EN

This research explains the jurisprudential rule of ‘assistance on the forbidden is forbidden’ and its applications in real estate transactions.

It is a rule based on the words of Allah the Almighty as stated in verse 2 of Surat Al-Ma’ida (the Table).

The researcher dealt with the meaning of this rule, its wording and the evidence supporting it.

He also draws on some of its applications in Real estate transactions, including sales, rent and jobs or professions related to it.

The research concluded that this rule is applicable to some real estate transactions at present and that the customer must adhere to legal controls, so that he will not assist on the forbidden.
