It is not possible in any case for a nation to advance or its civilization to flourish without paying full attention to the matter of terminology.

The law represents the identity of the nation according to a certain belief, in a set of customs, traditions, customs and beliefs.

And our research paper is nothing but a study of some legal terms, and we specifically mention the terms of the Algerian family law, where we sense some fluctuation and turbulence in the formula and the concept, and this is due to the overlap of some concepts, and these proposed models are close to each other and our study will identify them and mention the differences between them, in the linguistic dictionaries and idiomatic dictionaries specialized in law, and to identify the methodology used to control these terms.
