peace and blessings of Allah be upon His messenger, his household and companions .

This research entitled as : the jurisprudential ruling of Tawaaf and Sai on Electrical Mobile Trolley for Capables.

The introduction shows the importance of the topic and the reasons for chosing it.

Also, the previous studies in the same topic are displayed; in addition to the research methodology and plan.

After that, Three headlines are discussed in details.

The first, full description of the topic including its definition, related vocabulary and the improvement of transportation inside the Holy Mosque.

The second, an adaptation of the topic, a comparative analysis between old and new transportation in Tawaaf and Sai.

Thirdly, the judgement for the ruling including clarifications for conflicts, evidence inferences and detailed descussions and emendation.

Finally, the conclusion implied the results.

Oh Allah give us good in this life, good in the hearafter, protect us from hell fire, take us to heaven with the blessed people, oh Allah make us among those who drink from the fountain of the prophet on the day of Judgement.
