Abstract EN

This research is a collection and study of the opinions of scholars and the founders of the four Jurisprudence schools regarding Islamic ruling on feeding in Kaffarat (expiation) and the other related issues.

It is a compilation of the most important issues (Related to Kaffarat (expiation) in feeding) affecting individuals and charity foundations, with evidence from jurisprudence sources and favoring between opinions as far as possible.

The study also tackled the related modern jurisprudence issues based on their corresponding issues in Islamic Jurisprudence resources.
