Abstract EN

This study is concerned with the issue of electronic validation in the field of administrative contracts.

It discusses the concepts of traditional and electronic administrative contracts, their characteristics, and how these can be distinguished from one another.

For the purposes of the study, the study reviews the legal texts and resources which govern and regulate the traditional validation in administrative contracts and the jurisprudence and the most important judicial decisions issued by the administrative courts in order to demonstrate the principles of traditional proof of proof in administrative contracts in both Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The study also investigates the legal texts related to the processes of entering into and concluding administrative contracts via electronic methods, the legal texts regulating electronic validation (e.

g.

electronic writing, electronic documents, and electronic signatures), and the extent to which electronic evidence and validation can be proven in the field of administrative contracts.

Finally, the study investigates the legal organization and regulations of the digital ratification systems in both the Egyptian and Saudi systems.
