Abstract EN

This study examined the extent to which the UAE higher education institutions taking in consideration their social and legal responsibility, by following the constitutionally and legally guaranteed principle of equality and non-discrimination in providing the electronic educational services such as: E-registration, E-learning and E-exams.

The study also highlights the importance of respect for human rights in general and the rights of persons with disabilities in particular as a basis for the social responsibility of the higher education sector.
