Most linguistic studies and books acknowledge that the human voice constitutes the first material, and phonetic studies are considered ancient from the origin of science among ArBecause it was directly related to the recitation of the Noble Qur'an and to control its performance; Therefore, this study came to shed light on the significance of the linguistic sound in the Qur'anic text, taking Surat Noah as a model as one of the Meccan surahs that are characterized by percussion and intensity; Because it addresses a disbelieving people, especially if we know the effect of the voice in the hearts of these people.

The aim of this study was to find out and confirm the role of linguistic sounds in highlighting the phonetic connotation, and that the Qur'an intended when he put a sound without the last meaning that he wanted - Glory be to Him -.
