The right to equality was and still is one of the basic rights that human societies seek to achieve, and it is a right that is close to the personality of the human being and found his existence, and any attempt to violate it is a violation and a crime punishable by law because this right is the basis on which many rights and freedoms are based, and before that it is one of the principles of justice that requires Equality and non-discrimination between people, and since this right is based on many rights as we have shown, so we will limit our discussion to one of these rights that are based on equality, which is the right to equality at work due to the importance of this topic as it addresses the issue of non-discrimination between workers in the work environment that is generated It means the stability of this environment, thus increasing production, creating familiarity and love between workers and not generating resentment and hatred generated by the distinction not based on preference among workers
