This verdict has its reasons, its cases, and the Islamic rulings resulting from it that not all scholars agreed upon.

This research addresses all of the above, gives a rigorous definition of this term, explains its causes and cases, and specifies the implications resulting from it.

It also states the opinions of scholars, mentions most of their evidence, and weighs between them.
