The woman has not been granted her due rights, neither in the west nor in the east.

Islam has given her a balanced right and considered whatever suits her nature and secures her dignity.

She has the right to choose her own husband without coercion, so that harmony will rule her family.

Her guardian is obliged to assist her as far as he is keen to protect her interest.

If her guardian is proved to create unjustified barriers for her choice, then she has the right to remove the barriers through the authorities and the court to authorize her marriage.

A guardian cannot force a woman to marry without her own conviction.

Custom is what rules the authority of guardianship on minor girls.

However, the custom of the current Muslim community is to forbid marriage of minor girls.

The study ensures that real legislative objectives should be considered in ruling marriage eventualities in order to establish a moderate, balanced, prosperous Muslim society in the world.
