This research deals with the principle of personal consideration, which entails that each person has his private entity, his independent personality and his own intent.

It examines the jurisprudential rooting of this principle and explains the jurisdictional rules associated with it.

It is titled: ‘The Principle of Personal Consideration: Setting the Basis and the Rules’.

The introduction includes the reasons for choosing the topic and the importance of the research.

The first part examines the concept of the principle of personal consideration and its jurisprudential rooting.

It is divided into two subsections: the first subsection defines the research concepts in terms of language, convention and law, in addition to explaining the distinction between personal consideration and legal personality.

The second subsection explores the jurisprudential authentication of this principle.

The second part deals with the jurisprudential setting of the rules for this principle and clarifies some of other rules related to it.

As for the conclusion, it includes the most important results.
