Abstract EN

This research aims at determining the rules of understanding the fundamentalist text, and achieving its purpose, so that the scholars of Usul will be preserved from deformation and distortion and the discipline will be employed in its context and its correct place.

These rules were written in two sections: one is about the controls of guidance by the context of the statement, and the other is about the controls of guidance by the context of circumstances.

One of the results that the research led to is that fundamentalist understanding requires the opening of meaning onto broad context if the textual context does not allow for the disclosure of intention and does not take into account the interrelationship between the fundamentalist text and its interim context, including its doctrinal and innovative features.
