The study is one of the important topics that need research and the need for knowledge abound, especially in the present age in which the commercial relations between nations have expanded, and with them there are many types of interaction between people.

The importance of the issue appears in its attachment to real life that affects the relationship of a Muslim with others, and the people's need to know the provisions for dealing between a Muslim and a non-Muslim in financial transactions, especially in the trade-offs that many people are ignorant of in this age, especially after the expansion of international relations.

The problem of the research is how the jurists considered dealing with non-Muslims and explaining the legal rulings related to financial exchanges between Muslims and non-Muslims.

The study concluded that financial transactions with non-Muslims are permissible even though they are subject to some of the controls stipulated by the Sharia, and that the basic principle in the loan contract with a non-Muslim is that it is permissible under conditions that this contract is not an interest-based loan and does not result in humiliation for the Muslim
