The mutual innate need between men and women necessitated a connection between them.

Based on the affection, mercy, and compassion that necessitates the custody and care of the human being, and the man was more defensive and daring to break into hardships, so the man's pension was only made by the woman, and her pension could not be completed except for that.

Therefore, many texts in the Holy Book and the noble Sunnah indicate that.

And since men are at risk of being killed in wars and women suffer certain obstacles in order to achieve happiness and meet the needs of women and men, divine and positivistic laws permitted polygamyIn this research, we deal with the provisions of marriage, its legitimacy, the rule of polygamy and its legitimacy, the conditions for polygamy in Islamic jurisprudence and the division between wives.

Islamic law permitted polygamy, on the condition of fairness among wives
