Abstract EN

The research, and through its subjects, helped reveal the rhetorical value of feminine addressing and its impact on the coherence of the Quranic text.

This study dealt with the feminine addressing in its two types (the real and the metaphorical) in the Quran.

Moreover, it revealed the rhetorical features and metaphorical parts by means of highlighting this speech.

The study revealed that the rhetorical methods are not secondary to determining the meaning; rather they contribute effectively to the formulation and strengthening of the meaning.

The Quranic discourse has varied in the feminine addressing.

It formulated an effective way to build meaning and to form strong and influential suggestive patterns.

The diversity in the types of Quranic metaphor added a rhetorical artistic variety and added elegance and charm to the speech.

Moreover it added beauty alongside pleasure to the text.

It functioned at the level of addressing the mind of the reader and his emotions, and could control his attention and could ensure its impact.

All that happened by virtue of Quranic metaphoric shifts in the folds of divine discourse.
