Abstract EN

The bed rule is one of the most important rules in fiqh.

Its importance stems from preserving genealogy which is an important aim of the Islamic Sharia .

In fiqh , bad refers to the legitimate marriage of the couples , which is the origin of the child’s attachment to the father.

If there is a doubt in the attachment of the child due to adultery or a remaining sperm of an ex-husband, the child is attached to the person in whose bed it is born The attachment of child whose origin is doubted about is confirmed by the rule of bed .

It is known that this rule is considered a confirmation of the childis attachment to the bed on conditions that there had been a considered a confirmation of marriage relationship and that the pregnancy lasted no less than six months and that the women didn’t give birth after the husband’s absence for a period more than the period of pregnancy- a year In which cases the rule doesn’t work
