English Abstract

Small enterprises have many advantages that large enterprises lack.

Small enterprises have found great acceptance in Arab and Islamic countries, especially by financing them through traditional and Islamic banks as a main financing source that helps in promoting development and overcoming financial crises in this regard.

Basically, in the face of the financial crises that plague such projects, banks possess many different investment and financing capabilities due to the availability of large cash liquidity and the existence of appropriate financial formulas.

Here, it is necessary to identify the sources of bank financing for these small projects and indicate their images and effectiveness, with the presence of support bodies such as companies as well and especially In Iraq, the Central Bank took the initiative to issue Instructions No.
