Abstract EN
The entrepreneurship worthy of attention and care for its great importance in the development which sought by the communities.
so a large number of researchers and writers are interested in defining the attributes and characteristics of entrepreneurs, who can set up and mange any project successfully and effectively.
the research aims to find out the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics in the hotel service quality, in the hotels of the province of babylon.
we used the questionnaire as a major source of data collection which is designed based on research variables.
the sample of research included hotel’s mangers and customer (guests) hotels.
the total sample size was (30) for each sample.
we have been used two questionnaire, one for the managers (included the in depended variable, entrepreneurial characteristic), and other for customer (included depended variable, hotel service quality).
to adopt the goals of research, we used descriptive analytical method as well as the use of statistical method .
the research consist four section ,the first included the methodology of research, the second section focused on the theoretical framework, the third section deal with the practical framework, and the research concluded with some findings and recommendations perhaps the most impotence are the following : 1-the existence of a positive relationship between the entrepreneurial characteristics among hotel managers and the quality of hotel services, and the managerial characteristics came in the first place in the intensity of the relationship.
2-the existence of effect with the statically presence at the level of significant (0.01)for the entrepreneurial characteristic among the hotel managers in the dimensions of quality hotel services explains per (0.736).
- the research recommended a set of recommendations perhaps the most important is to deepen the awareness of the management of the hotels for the importance of entrepreneurial characteristics, as it reflects positive attributes which required by those individuals to motivated & encourage them to make more effort for developing the quality service and achieving the excellence, and that will be done through stakeholders in the tourism sector with the support the pilot project by granting loans with suitable interest and appropriate period of recovery utility.
