English Abstract

Imam Al-Hasen (P.U.H) is the second Imam of Ahlul-Bait(P.U.Th), the grandson of the Prophet Mohammed, the Master of the dwellers of paradise, one of those with whom the prophet had prayed for God to curse the Christians of Najran and one of (Ashab al- Kisa`a = people of garment) whom his Almighty God had purified thim.

Imam Al- Hasen`s status is magnified by many points such as:- he had played his leading role under very sever and complex conditions that involved strength, stand firm and patience.

He had planned to refuse surrender, referring to conditioned truce and postponing war to another date which indicate his military experience and wit and his political courage to defense doctrine and Shi`a and to maintain the real essence of Islam.

He had devoted himself to defense doctrine refute suspicions in spite of all what he had suffered from the enmity and hostility of Mo`awiyah bin AbiSufian who still longing to caliphate and desired to recover his ancestors of the Pre-Islamic era.
