Arabic Abstract

تعد هذه الدراسة بشكلها العام محاولة في التنقيب و البحث عن الأبعاد السلوكية المتمثلة ب (التأثير المثالي، و الدافعية الالهامية، الاستثارة الفكرية، و الاعتبارات الفردية) للقيادة التحويلية (transformational leadership) لدى الإمام الحسن بن علي بن أبي طالب في أوقات السلم و الحرب، فأتخذ من فكر الإمام و ممارساته حقلا لذلك، نظرا للمساهمة الكبيرة التي يضيفها ذلك الفكر الوضاء في تطوير النظام الاداري للدول الاسلامية التي ابتعدت كل البعد عن هذا الخط الالهي الصحيح، و قد اعتمد البحث على المنهج العلمي الاكاديمي في كتابته ، إذ تم التحقق من صحة الفرضية التي انطلق منها مع وضع مجموعة من التوصيات من ابرزها حث القيادات الميدانية للاستفادة من شخصية القائد الحسن بن علي ابن أبي طالب عليه السلام كدروس و عبر لتحمل المسؤولية في ادارة شؤون البلاد.

و لغرض تغطية ما ذكر تكونت الهيكلية من اربعة مباحث استعرض الاول منهجية البحث، و اهتم الثاني بعرض المرتكزات الفكرية للقيادة التحويلية، في حين جسد الثالث المرتكزات الفكرية للإمام الحسن بن علي ابن ابي طالب علية السلام و أخيرا اوجز المبحث الرابع ما خلصت إليه الدراسة من نتائج و توصيات.

English Abstract

This study in its general form is a simple attempt.

Its basic goal was to discover the dimensions of the transformational leadership of AL-Imam Hasan in thought and application in the war and peace time.

It is really opened the eyes of the some whom dazing by western thinking and its paradoxical applications.

However, there is a big amount of present of the first Muslims in the thought, know ladge, literature arts.

Management,and leadership that stimulated the respect and attention of those who has living consciences from the writers of the literature of the biography, history and sciences; from the Arab people and orientalists in different ages.

It is not surprising to outburst this light thinking that targeted the mind and enhanced the hope and looking for tomorrow features and deepening the insight in the human soul from the roots of the prophet and the door-- of his science town; AL-Imam Hasan.

Honestly, We can say that the study in its all aspects enforced a new scientific curve for the secrets of the personality of AL-Imam Hasan.

so that I presented a thoughtful and applied abstract for what is embed by thinking of AL-Imam Hasan in the transformational leadership field which took the interesting of the west, lately.

And, I showed and made a comparison that the thinking treasure for this science do not bear comparison with what came with the western thinking; rather than, the western thinking do not amount to some of its range.

This done by four chapters.

The first chapter showed the study methdology, and the second included on transformational leadership, and the third chapter one analyzed thinking.
