The article proposes an analysis of the selectivity of the job market in relation to the processes of professional integration of university graduates in Oran.
Based on data from a sociological field investigation conducted by a research team from the Centre of Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology/ CRASC (2014-2018), the study highlights the impact of selectivity (of degree, sector of activity, gender and social origin) on the professional future of university leavers and forms of employability.

L’article propose une analyse de la sélectivité du marché de l’emploi en rapport avec les processus d’insertion professionnelle des diplômés universitaires à Oran.
S’appuyant sur les données d’une enquête sociologique menée par une équipe de recherche du CRASC (2014-2018), l’étude met en exergue l’impact de la sélectivité (du diplôme, secteur d’activité, genre et origine sociale) sur le devenir professionnel des « sortants » de l’université et les formes d’employabilité.
