That scientific progress is visible today in the various aspects of contemporary life, has become the most truth and in fact the embodiment of human societies in different geographic allocations, and has become the urgent need to adopt advanced scientific systems of the continuation of the necessities of life.

Was to be Educational, learning to keep a breast of the scientific developments through thinking methods and strategies of modern beyond traditional frame works used in the field of education, and strategic information processing and one of these modern methods for its effective role and outstanding performance in achieving the objectives of the educational process, in order to reach the learning out comes of efficiency high and effectiveness more to alleviate the problems of the education, and the outstanding success the extent of the ability to process information, which have efficiency in the development of student achievement, and retention of information, so it became the importance of the study lies in the strategic importance of information processing as a distinct in dependent and dependent variable associated with it, as is talk about the importance of the target group.

And turn it into a positive treatment of information confrontation conditions of life, so the current study aimed to identify the strategy of information processing in the collection and updating of information among students in second grade average in the history of the Arab Islamic rule.

To ensure the achievement of the goal of the study Sift Els afreeten following two hypotheses: (there is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying material on the Arab- Muslim history according to information processing and strategy between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same article the usual way) and either second opportunity (there is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students to retain the information of the experimental group who study the history of the Arab Islamic rule according to the strategy and process information between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same article the usual way.

To achieve this goal researcher those determined experimentally from the type of seizure partial consists of two groups, one experimental and the other officer, and researcher chose medium Hud hay fahbindove shop to make his experience to the fact that the two divisions seminars for second grade average, and randomly selected Division (a) to represent the experimental group, and the Division (b) represent the control group, and rewarded there searcher between two research students (sample) statistically in variables including (chronological age of the students measured in months and intelligence...).

The researcher required course material, which included studying at Chapters (first and second) of the Arab-Muslim history book scheduled to be taught second grade average by the Ministry of Education for the academic year 2013-2014.

And coined there searcher targets behavioral and which numbered (125) target behaviorally, and Redsre searcher him self Students groups (experimental and control) At the end of the experiment dish achievement test U day students two sets of search, andre-test again after two weeks of the first test to measure the retention of historical information, and has statistically information processing through the use of appropriate statistical methods.

The study results showed superiority of the experimental group students who have studied the processing of information in accordance with the strategy to control group students who have studied the method according to the usual (traditional).

In light of this, the researcher presented a set of recommendations including: - Interest in the use of strategic information processing in the teaching of the history of the Arab Islamic scheduled to be taught to students of the second grade average.

-The introduction of strategies for information processing in the vocabulary of the curriculum and teaching methods in the Colleges of Education and Basic Education.

There searcher suggested a number of studies, most notably: a study similar to the current study in history at other stages of the study, as well as a similar study of the current study on Mtaar according to sex.
