From this point of view, the problem of research on the adequacy of the legal framework enacted by Algeria In the field of health, the principles and rules of health care and the mechanisms that allow the State to fight, prevent and treat diseases seriously when they occur compared to some countries that have realized that what they spend on their budget is allocated to the provision of medicines.

Therefore, these countries seek, through their laws, to create mechanisms to prevent the onset of disease before treatment.
