This research aims to shed light on the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, which appeared to the world and inserted it into a real crisis, which prompted the World Health Organization to describe it as a global pandemic, in front of this situation, countries, including Algeria, rushed to take many precautionary measures, the situation that had a reflection Legal on contractual obligations.

This prompted us to search for the location of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic from the theories of force majeure and emergency circumstances and the extent to which each of the two theories can be applied, while showing their legal effects on the parties to the contractual relationship and highlighting the most important legal means that some countries have taken to limit the impact of the pandemic on contractual obligations.
