This paper aims to publish 7 unpublished coins of Muhammed Ibn Alfath Al-Shakir Lillah, the Midrarid prince of Sijilmasa, who called himself a Caliph against all of The Fatimid, Abbasid and Ummayyad of Spain Caliphs, he ruled on 331 - 347 A.

H / 942- 958 A.

D and strucked his dinars with his own name as “Amir Almu'menin”, he used 4 of Caliph's titles that were known that time.

The oldest of his known dinars dated with 334 A.

H/ 945 A.

D, but we expect to find an earlier date by doing more excavations, the collection that we studied in this paper is preserved at Qatar Museum, and consists of 7 pieces varies between 334 A.

H and 347 A.

H, with two unusual exceptional coins that have unusual words on the obvers's margin which are considered rare coins.
