The human being holds for the criminal responsibility.

There is no responsibility for animals or inanimate objects and their bad behaviors they do cannot described as a crime.

However, the human being must ha capacity to take criminal responsibility.

Therefore, the maturity, sanity and free will and choice must be present and if these conditions are not fulfilled so the human being became incapacity for criminal accountability.

The criminal responsibility contraindications vary between involuntary and voluntary.

The involuntary contraindications are those which are close to the human being and he has nothing to do in acquiring them and they may disappear over time.

The voluntary contraindications are those which caused by human being as a drunkenness.

Also, the offender not punished if he forced to drunk or he wrongly drunk it but if he drinks it in a free will and full awareness of its consequences, he will be fully responsible for the actions committed during his voluntary drinking
