Abstract EN

It is the study to indicate the extent of the corona passports impact on work relations in both the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Jordan in light of the decisions issued with the pandemic, as well as the extent of the legality of the decisions issued by the committees concerned with the pandemic with the provisions of the law.

The study focused on a problem that results from the legality of the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee to follow-up developments of Covid 19 and the incompatibility of these decisions with the provisions of the Omani and Jordanian labor law.

The study concluded that the Omani legislation should be amended by implementing provisions for the suspension of the work contract and the economic reasons for a point.
