Abstract EN

This paper studies the legal mechanisms on the settlement of the international conflicts that grew after what is known as “The Gulf Crisis”, which have sparked in 2017.

The first chapter will be dedicated to studying the crisis itself and the means of peaceful settlement.

The study will focus on the forming, reasons, and outcomes of the Qatari-Gulf crisis.

Furthermore, In Chapter two, there will be a brief outlook of the means of settlement that was used during the period of crisis up until today, which include the diplomatic approach, the political approach, and the judicial approach.

Additionally, we will discuss the mediation and good offices roles and trials, from the International Court of Justice and from International Organizations.

We have also reached through this research to many of results, and the most important of these results is that the reason of the gulf crisis vary, and it had had many effects on different levels, whether on the political, economical, humanitarian, or social level.
