The crimes of corruption have a particularity, which makes them not reveal themselves, but often require those who report them, whether employees or ordinary people, which expose them to many physical ,functional and moral hazards extended to their families and their relatives ;which requires a special protection .This leads us to ask a question; how the legislation of the Maghreb countries embodied this protection in its internal legislative texts?
