Abstract EN

All regimes and systems of governance are keen to issue their constitutions starting with the texts for the transfer and delegation of power and how to exercise them and from these regimes, the Statute of the rule in Saudi Arabia.

This study will tackle the constitutional rules governing the terms of the transfer of power in the Saudi constitutional order through themethod of Taisulbased on the induction of the Saudi reality under the customary stage of these rules and to the pre-issuance of Allegiance Council system.

This is followed by the analytical method of it in the phase of the organization through the texts of the Basic Law and the system of Allegiance and its implementing regulations body and the commands, which followed.

Starting the introduction with brief notes of the rules of taking over and transmission of power to rule in Islamic law and customs rule.

The study was divided into two sections and four demands as follows: First topic: the transition of power in Saudi regime before Allegiance Council system version First requirement: the nature and methods of transfer of power.

The second requirement: the transition of power in the Saudi system of customary practice to the organization.

The second topic: the transition of power in Saudi regime after Allegiance Council system version First requirement: the permanent transition of power.

The second requirement: the transition to the interim authority.

Then the findings of a researcher and the recommendations.
