This research reveals the reality of the efficiency of the health services and the mortality rate in Saladin governorate by presenting a statistical analysis of the various indicators of health services represented by hospitals, health centers and clinics, and doctors, dentists and pharmacists, and health and nursing professionals, As well as indicators of crude mortality and infant mortality, which the research seeks to address and to determine their levels of impact on the health situation in the governorate and to identify the causes and challenges that have just Its performance efficiency of health services, and the development of differentiated solutions.

The research concluded in its overall health data and the results of its analysis from an objective and scientific point of view to the reality of the difference in the nature of the medical services and the level of efficiency available to the population.

In addition, the rates of their mortality vary according to the economic, social and health variables surrounding them.

Health and environmental health sector, poor functioning in the system of distribution of medical services, and primary care among the inhabitants of the administrative units of the study area.

In light of the results of the research proposals, the research proposals were consistent in their content and their aim is to improve the health aspect in the governorate in general and to enhance the importance and role of the current and future health services' efficiency and the possibility of addressing their obstacles and thus reducing their rates of mortality.
