The transport system piping crude oil a transport indicators in the city or the state enriched by the process of transmission of the material transported by pipeline from production areas to export places and the role of this system for transport in charting the strategic aspects of the job for the country.

Because of the transport network deficit piped in Iraq to orb the production capacity in the transportation of oil to foreign countries.

Research came to address the pipeline transporting crude oil in Iraq's problems and the most important natural and human obstacles that a prominent and important role in the functioning of the tubes in the right reaches her, and the role of political events that changed of the progress of this system for transport, by analyzing the oil pipeline networks.

The study adopted multi of data such as (the oil ministry data, United Nations data Economic Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation of the data of the Central Statistical Bureau's annual Statistical, as well as Arab countries exporting data from the Organization of Petroleum annual report of the Secretary-General IV).

The research found a significant shortfall in export due to the strategic line carrier between Iraq and Syria, Turkey and the Iraqi line after mid-2014, the study set out proposals the most important of the reactivation of the Saudi Iraqi line.
