Abstract EN

All praise is for Allah, and His peace be upon our messenger Muhammed, who was the most eloquent and the clearest preacher, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed him.

Through our fulfilment for the introduction and the first chapter of this manuscript, we concluded the following: 1.

He is called Al-Qarmani.

He is a religious scholar due to( Qarman's city) and he has versification and literature.2.

Al-Qarmani was born in Al-Uyiena, Al-Yamama.

He classified some books including: Al-Mansak (published) which is he known with.

He has a huge volume of fatawi.3.

Al-Qarmani died in 924 H.4.

One of his classified books is ( The Answers for Juristic Problems Questions from Jami'-ul-fusulain in the Hanafi Doctrine ), which includes answers for 380 questions in jurisprudence.

He also has other works which were mentioned in this research.5.

The ascription of the book to Al-Qarmani is documented by his saying: ( Idetermined-with a pure intention-to read Jami'-ul-Fusulain which contains the two branches and origins).6.

The approach of the author was abridgement, small size and leaving the repeated questions.7.

The author started writing the manuscript at the beginning of Ramadan and completed it in six months at the end of Sufar in 904 H.

The first chapter was about judiciary and what is related to it.

The author also mentioned the wars time and the judges that related to it.9.

The author had jurisprudential opinions and he always used the phrase ( I say…).

In this research the introduction and the first chapter were fulfilled, and the references were included.
