Passed by us previously that the approach is influenced by a variety of foundations philosophical as the basis, which is the philosophy of education and its objectives, the social basis on society and culture values, and basically psychological represented growth of learners, and their orientation, and attitudes, and the nature of their learning, and knowledge base concerning the nature of knowledge, and its fundamentals, and their sources, and experience aspects different.

The curriculum reflects those former bases through the various components Kalohdav content and teaching methods and means of education and school activities and methods of evaluation.

It is understood that life in the evolution and change permanent, there are blowouts cognitive, and so-called information revolution in various fields, the technological revolution in the field of telecommunications, as well as constant development in the field of psychology that reveals every day more of the secrets of the development of individuals, and the nature of their learning, and ways and means to help on this learning, and methods of measurement and evaluation, and there is constant social interaction, cultural and spread rapidly, break down national borders in the face of giant economic enterprises, and the emergence of what is known as globalization, there is no doubt that these changes began more or less affect the goals of education, policies and means, it rushed to preparation of plans, and take multiple actions to adapt to this reality.
