Abstract EN

This study is about the development of the of the messages dewan during the Umayyad era ( 41AH / 132 AH) which requires from the researcher to be patient in collecting the information because there are many changes and in order to reach the truth of what was happening that time in different aspects of the life.

Many things have been quoted especially in the administrative aspect by applying it in building the dewans and other services to manage the state.

One of that dewans is the messages dewan and one of the reasons that made them to establish it is to manage the political and administrative affairs, and other development in different aspects.

One of the developments that occurred in the dewan is the Arabization movement in different aspect of the Islamic States and the names of the dewans are Dewan Al-Sir, signature dewan, Al-Khatim dewan، post dewan.

There is an integrated relation among them and there were a specialized writers for editing in that dewans.
