Abstract EN

What we witnessing now a day of blessed Islamic attentiveness in all the Islamic world is deserved to thank Allah of this great grace, and today the straightness of the Muslims will presage in promised victory tomorrow in Allah's will.

And serving those who behave in studying the Islamic education and Quran Sciences, basing to construct themselves on religiosity from Allah and His satisfy it is a great oblations in right of all who can present an effort that be benefited the science's students and all the Islamic people.

The basic of Islamic education and Quran sciences is to study the Islamic subjects, a study that inherited the understanding and applications.

Starting from this we want to participate in an easy effort in writing about a base of important fundamentalism bases which is (( A Commitment is what is not Done but with a Commitment)) it is one of the greatest fundamentalism bases, which the scientists named it the Base of Introduction Commitment, which means: it is all that has a proof in its should be done.

This commitment wasn't leading just by an action of actions that can be done, so, that action which lead to the commitment considers a commitment so as that it doesn't have a proof on it which should be done.

That we wish it will be as an entrance to study and explain this base.

We divided our research into a preface and two sections.

The preface contains a simple discussion of a fundamentalism bases and the jurisprudence bases and the differences between them.

In the first section we explain the concept of commitment is what is not done but with a commitment as a language and concept.

The second requirement in the first section: is the original of this base and the bases that branched from them.

While the second section is about the way of controlling of the commitment is what not done but with a commitment and its jurisprudence applications.

This section is also in two requirements, the first one is the way of control the commitment is what is not done but with a commitment.

Then we finished all this in a conclusion that mention the main conclusion that the researchers concluded from this study.
