Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to measure the level of professional development among College staff members in the Colleges of Education at the University of Basrah.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive approach, through a scale consisting of (42) paragraphs, applied to a sample of (400) college staff members.

The results of the current study that the level of professional development is statistically significant for College staff members, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender and specialism.
