Abstract EN

Through this research, I intended to link between the intentional rules and their applications in the reality of people's lives, based on the idea of defining the purposes of Islamic sharia with a social character, arranging and benefiting from them, employing the descriptive analytical approach to achieve this purpose.

these social purposes appear in many texts and legislation that god almighty has legislated for his servants in the various chapters of worship and transactions, and they also appear through awareness of the wisdom of their legislation; it also appears through the rules of intentional diligence in jurisprudential preponderance, and the construction and determination of rulings, according to the priorities of arranging interests, whether it is related to the necessary interests, and in what god almighty has legislated to preserve them, or in the needy interests, and the improvement as well; through its social dimensions.

with this extrapolation, tracking and linking, we conclude in the end with some results that can guide us in addressing our social conditions in various areas that can be identified and treated according to their priorities.
